Harlan Gallop is Vice President of Operations at Sports Technology Inc., which specializes in selling capital equipment in the sports and recreation market. Harlan runs day to day operations with a primary focus on product development, brand management and sales. He has a master's degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas with a concentration in organizational management and non-profit management. Harlan has volunteer experience as a tutor, mentor, intern and committee member with youth-serving organizations.

Don is the Director of Consumer Marketing for Protective Life Corp and the Vice President of the ACES Young Professionals Associate Board. He is also an avid runner and Race Director for Races 4 ACES. Don's participation in ACES began in 2004 as an E-Mentor of an ACES student. As he learned more about ACES and the good work the organization does, as reflecting on his personal experiences growing up and knowing the challenges that many urban students face, Don continued to deepen his relationship with ACES, its cause, and its urban students.

Minnesota United FC
Robert, Director of Public Relations with the Minnesota United FC, was connected to ACES this past spring through his community outreach work with Minnesota's professional soccer club. The California native began his career as Media Relations Apprentice with the Minnesota Wild after graduating from Northern Michigan University with a degree in Communications and Marketing. Following his time with the Wild, Robert spent two years in Texas, working with the Houston Aeros Hockey Club and Academy Sports + Outdoors. He returned to Minnesota and began working for United in February leading the club's public relations and community outreach efforts. Robert is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing and watching sports including golf, hockey, and basketball. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his soon to be bride, Crystal.
Danelle Gilles first got involved with ACES in 2010 when she became a volunteer at one of the program sites. She soon realized how important the ACES mission was to her community and decided to make a more meaningful impact and get involved with the YPAB. Besides spending her time volunteering, Danelle works as a graphic designer at MAD Studios, a Minnesota and Florida based design company. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
Rachael first heard about ACES in 2009 through a work volunteer event. After that she became an e-mentor to a couple of students, followed by an invite to join the YPAB. She has been part of the YPAB since 2010. Rachael received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration & Accounting from Northwestern College and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration through Bethel University. She works for Target Headquarters as a Senior Financial Analyst and in her free time she enjoys yoga, running, cooking, and traveling.
Will Hardy is a Senior Demand Planning Analyst at Best Buy Co., Inc., a multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products and services. Hardy first joined Best Buy as a Digital Technology Specialist for Best Buy stores in April 2009, then joined corporate in his current role upon graduating from the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining Best Buy, Hardy was a researcher at the University of Minnesota, where he conducted research on domestic violence. Hardy has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Minnesota. He serves as a co-chair of the Best Buy Black Employee Network (BEN) and is also a proud member of Anchor Hilyard Lodge #2 Free & Accepted Masons.
Maria has been with ACES since the summer of 2012 and serves as an e-mentor in addition to being on the YPAB. She is a freelance writer and researcher for a variety of companies. She also coaches a competitive gymnastics team at Midwest Gymnastics Center. Maria has a Bachelor's degree in marketing and international business from Metropolitan State University and has marketing experience with sports teams worldwide. She enjoys playing sports, traveling, and enjoying delicious food in her free time.
Mikkala Korton serves as a coordinator of Target Field events for the Minnesota Twins. Korton is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of game day and non-game day events at Target Field. Korton also manages the Target Field Events department's marketing and sepcial projects initiatives as well as part time staff. Prior to joining the Twins staff in fulltime capacity, Korton interned with the Twins' operations department in 2009. In addition to her work experience with the Twins, Korton served as an Events Operations Assistant of Intercollegiate Athletics at Minnesota State University (MSU) from August 2008 to March 2010. While serving as an Events Operations Assistant, Korton completed a Master's of Arts degree in Sports Managementat at MSU. She currently holds a position on the Minnesota State University Sports Management Advisory Board.
Danny Lichtblau currently oversees all business development nationally for CRAVE Restaurant, CRAVE Catering, Figlio, and Union. Danny graduated with a B.A. in Global Studies from Indiana University in Bloomington. He is a passionate traveler, having studied abroad in Australia and Israel as well as having visited many amazing places around the world. He is a huge sports fan, supporting all of the professional teams in Minnesota. In his spare time, he loves to travel, play racquetball, walk his dogs, and barbeque.

Jeff Nolan is a Sr. Account Executive at Spyder Trap Inc., a digital marketing and technology firm in Minneapolis, MN. Jeff has been working in the online/digital marketing field for the past 4 years and works with clients day to day building digital marketing strategies and customized solutions to help drive business change & growth. Jeff met ACES executive director, Chad Caruthers, several years ago through a networking group that he founded and still runs, Twin Cities Thursday Happy Hours. Twin Cities Thursday Happy Hours (TCTHH) is a newtworking organization for business professionals in Minneapolis/St. Paul, which meets once a month and has held several unique events to bring professionals together in a casual setting, as well as raise money for local non-profit organizations. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Dakota, where he majored in marketing and minored in international business. Jeff enjoys playing hockey, golf, softball, touch football, tennis, and traveling, as well as cooking in his free time.
