The Young Professionals Associate Board supports ACES in a variety of ways, including planning and executing its signature event, the annual Races 4 ACES 5k Fundraiser. Harlan Gallop

YPAB President

Harlan Gallop is Vice President of Operations at Sports Technology Inc., which specializes in selling capital equipment in the sports and recreation market. Harlan runs day to day operations with a primary focus on product development, brand management and sales. He has a master's degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas with a concentration in organizational management and non-profit management. Harlan has volunteer experience as a tutor, mentor, intern and committee member with youth-serving organizations.

Jen Bruntlett

YPAB Secretary

Jen Bruntlett is an aide in the Minnesota Senate, where she covers all legislative issues for State Senator Katie Sieben in addition to administering the work of the Subcommittee on Elections. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Business, double majoring in general management and political science. Her past experience includes being a Representative Assistant at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and an intern in the office of U.S. Congressman Martin Olav Sabo. Jen also spent ten months backpacking around the world in 2011.

Rachael first heard about ACES in 2009 through a work volunteer event. After that she became an e-mentor to a couple of students, followed by an invite to join the YPAB. She has been part of the YPAB since 2010. Rachael received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration & Accounting from Northwestern College and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration through Bethel University. She works for Target Headquarters as a Senior Financial Analyst and in her free time she enjoys yoga, running, cooking, and traveling.

Will Hardy

Best Buy

Will Hardy is a Senior Demand Planning Analyst at Best Buy Co., Inc., a multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products and services. Hardy first joined Best Buy as a Digital Technology Specialist for Best Buy stores in April 2009, then joined corporate in his current role upon graduating from the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining Best Buy, Hardy was a researcher at the University of Minnesota, where he conducted research on domestic violence. Hardy has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Minnesota. He serves as a co-chair of the Best Buy Black Employee Network (BEN) and is also a proud member of Anchor Hilyard Lodge #2 Free & Accepted Masons.
