ACES Honored by State Farm


ACES was thrilled to be honored on July 19 by the Minnesota Twins and State Farm, receiving the "Going to Bat Award", which recognized ACES' longtime and ongoing contributions to the community.

Three lucky students from Linwood Monroe Arts Plus School in St. Paul plus ACES staff Catherine Diersen and Chad Caruthers took to the pristine Target Field diamond to receive the award, then watched the game all the while enjoying their complimentary gift bags!

Twins mascot T.C. Bear took time to visit and snap some photos with the ACES and State Farm representatives, and student Xia Vang gave the event a thumbs-up.

“I really like getting the chance to meet new people,” Vang said. “[The State Farm reps] were really nice, and it was kind of them to give ACES that award.”
